Educate and implement best practice female prevention programs, engaging with middle school and high school students and all levels of school personnel.  Prepared and presented in-person training and activities to more than 400 middle school and high school girls to end relational aggression, entitled “Thank Goodness I’m Female” (TGIF), using Canva, Sway, and Prezi.  Organized a one-day girls' empowerment workshop event entitled “Girls Supporting Girls,”for middle school and high school girls to extend the girls’ knowledge from TGIF into applicable skills of empowerment; conducted program evaluations.
